Our system supporting Fino’s dairy processes helps with raw milk procurement, production planning, production tracking and costing. The Qualified Receipts module ensures that milk is stocked based on its content values, providing the basis for accurate production management and cost accounting. The milk programme gives visibility of the quality of raw material stocks, helping to schedule production and prevent raw material spoilage. Dyntell ERP system provides complete tracking of materials, packaging materials, and raw materials. The costing model takes into account the quality components of the raw materials to provide accurate cost data.

The main benefits of implementing the Dyntell ERP system are reduced administrative costs and detailed traceability of production. The system has made it possible for all processes, from customer orders to invoicing, to be available to the plants in real time. The procurement of raw materials has been optimised through the accurate measurement of quality indicators (moisture, protein, chicory), making pricing and purchasing more efficient. In the production process, the system tracks the life cycle of products and by-products and helps measure production efficiency.

The Dyntell Sentinel in the factory is an artificial intelligence (AI) based system that connects to existing CCTV cameras to monitor the factory areas 7/24. The system continuously analyses the video footage, collects data and sends alerts when it detects any abnormal event. One such case is the monitoring of safety zones, where the rule is that no person and forklift truck are allowed to be present at the same time. Sentinel recognises the people involved, records the camera image if the rule is broken – for example, if the forklift enters the zone before the driver leaves – and sends an immediate warning.
